How The League Program Works

League for Green Leaders is an award-winning, fun, online climate-action competition for children and youth in K-12 schools. It is ideal for schools / home schools, libraries, virtual schools, informal education / communities that support children on climate education. We work with teachers, librarians, parents, and program providers to invite children play to learn, play together, and play for our future. With learning-by-doing, they grow the agency of climate action and become leaders for our future.

The League competitions run all year round, either as a weekly challenge or two-week long international event. Each competition consists of fun-packed daily activities that align with curriculars used in schools, from Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS),  state-specific standards in the US, to province-based curricular in Canada.

Teachers, parents, and program providers will sign up and create accounts for themselves and children, group them into different teams, and invite children to play. We can also come in and deliver this program to the children in your program. Reach out to us for more details: contact at education dot springbaystudio dot com

We are working on funding in order to provide this program free for Canadian children. If you like our work, please donate to support a class to use our program, or join our email list today to get updated information.
